Pranic Therapy or Pranic Healing is a highly effective complementary non-touch therapy based on the principle that the body can heal itself and the principle of life-force energy (prana).

Pranic Therapy can alleviate the suffering caused by physical and psychological problems and accelerate the body's self-healing process.

What we call miraculous healing is nothing more than increasing the rate of self-recovery of the body. There is nothing supernatural or paranormal about Pranic Therapy.

What is Prana?

Prana is the vital energy or life force that keeps the body healthy and alive. In Chinese, it is called 'Chi', in Japanese 'Ki' and in Sanskrit 'Prana'. There are 3 main sources of prana: the sun, the air and the ground.

What is the energy body?

Our bodies are basically composed of two parts: the visible physical body and the invisible energy body, also called etheric body, bioplasmic body. These two bodies are interconnected and what affects one, affects the other. Hence healing the energy body  produces a substantial relief on the physical body.

The energy body is made up of the aura, the chakras and the meridians. The aura is like an invisible bubble around us. The chakras are the energy centres responsible for controlling and energising the visible physical body. The meridians are the invisible channels through which chi/ki/prana flows all over the body.

How does Pranic Therapy work?

For your physical body to be healthy, your energy body must be clean for energy to flow smoothly. Often this energy body is cluttered with dirty energy that either you have produced through stress, negative emotions and thoughts, or you have absorbed from your surroundings. With time, the accumulation of dirty energy will translate into a physical or psychological illness.

Pranic Therapy removes the dirty energies that are cluttering your energy body using a fairly simple procedure which involves no touching. Subsequently, clean and healthy energy is projected into your energy body to enhance the self-healing process.

Distant / Remote Therapy - How does it work?

Distant or Remote Therapy is as powerful as In Person/Face-to-Face treatments. This is because Pranic Therapy works with the energy body not the physical body, therefore treatments can be done from anywhere.

Just as in the 'In Person' sessions, the Pranic therapist would use their hands/crystal and visualisation techniques to cleanse and energise the patients energy body. All you need to do is to sit/lay down comfortably, don't cross your arms/legs as it would restrict the energy flow, close your eyes and relax.

Most of my clients are thousands of miles away (Spain, Italy, across the UK, US etc) and results are as quick/immediate as at 'In Person' sessions.

What to expect during a Pranic Therapy Session

Before a session, we would have an initial consultation  to understand your ailment and tailor a treatment plan for you. I would ask questions about your physical and/or emotional difficulties, and what you would like to improve, heal or change. All information will be kept confidential.

On the day of the  session:
 • If in person/f2f session - You will attend the session at the clinic. Sitting comfortably with your eyes closed and without crossing your arms nor legs. The Pranic Therapist will play a relaxing music and will commence with the treatment. Firstly, the Pranic therapist will commence scanning the energy body to identify any energetic depletions/congestions. Then the cleansing and energising of the major chakras will start. Depending on the case, the Pranic therapist will use a laser crystal to increase the intensity of the treatment. Also, it is often for Pranic therapists to use their books/protocols during the session to ensure the correct treatment is applied thoroughly and effectively.
 • If distant/remote session - The session will start with you finding a space to sit/lay down comfortably, with your eyes closed and without crossing your arms nor legs. The Pranic therapist will give you a call and will stay on the phone for the duration of the treatment. The same process applies for distant treatment.

During the session, you should not feel pain/discomfort caused by the treatment. It is important to share any feelings or sensations with the Pranic therapist so they can amend the treatment plan accordingly.

How many sessions would I need?

The number of treatment sessions and duration depends on the criticality of the problem and each case. For one person, a health problem may be improved in a few sessions however, for a different person, the same problem may take longer.

Additionally, once health is restored, it is recommended to follow up with 'maintenance' sessions on a less frequent basis to prevent the energy body becoming cluttered again.

Since Pranic Therapy works on the energy body, it can help the physical body accelerate the healing process.

Pranic Therapy is not intended to replace medicine but to complement it.

Duration of Pranic Therapy sessions

Usually, Pranic therapy sessions last for about 1 hour. However, depending on the case, major ailments might take 1.5 hours.

What to do to enhance the self-recovery process

Patients can enhance the self-recovery process by introducing certain activities that will cleanse and energise their energy bodies further.

1) Salt Baths - Running a bath, adding 1kg of salt with few drops of lavender oil and staying in for 15 to 20 minutes. Do this ahead of the Pranic therapy session to prepare your body for the new energy. Salt and water have the power of cleansing and disintegrating the dirty energy.
