Application:

These terms and conditions apply for all services that you purchase online (Customer or you) . Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you make a booking. These terms and conditions will form a legally binding contract between us once you book a service. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions, please contact us to discuss this before making a booking. ​

We are Nuria Cardenas trading as Nur Energy Healing with email address nurenergyhealing@gmail.com (the Supplier or us or we).

Services:

You can book our services online from our website www.nurenergyhealing.com or via phone/message to nurenergyhealing@gmail.com.

The description of the services in the website is standard and for illustrative purposes, we will tailor the treatment based on your specific needs and health conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specification you provide to us is accurate.

When an order has been submitted and paid on the website, we can reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason without delay.

Price and Payment:

The fees for the services and any other charges are those set out on the website at the date we accept the order. Fees and charges include VAT at the time of the order.

You can pay online by debit or credit card or via bank transfer if you contact me directly.

Payments must be made in full before your session/appointment time.

Rescheduling or cancelling within 48 hours of the session start time will not be possible and you will be responsible to pay the entire session fees. Please see below cancellations and rescheduling terms.

Delivery of Services/Treatments:

We will deliver the services within the selected date/time. If we are unable to deliver the services within the agreed period due to events beyond our control, we will inform you prior the session/appointment and agree a new date and time.

You are required to arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Failure to arrive on time will result in the full session fee being charged. This includes distant healing too.

Rescheduling:

You can reschedule your sessions up to 48hours before the start date and time of the session. The same session can only be rescheduled once. For rescheduling sessions, please notify us via email or phone as soon as possible.

In cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, we may consider rescheduling or waiving the responsibility for session fees. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Cancellations:

You can cancel your sessions up to 48hours before the start date and time of the session.

For cancellations outside the above terms, there will be no reimbursement of the fees.
